Terms & Conditions

2.1 Educational Services

Evoin Sparks provides market insights, automated strategy tools, educational material, and technical trade-assistance systems to help clients make their own trading decisions.

2.2 No Fund Management

Evoin Sparks does not accept Client funds for trading, investing, or managing portfolios.

2.3 Client Control

The Client has full control and authority over all trading decisions, executions, settings, and risk controls in their own trading account. Evoin Sparks does not operate, manage, or control the Client's account.

2.4 No Performance Guarantees

Evoin Sparks does not promise profits, guaranteed returns, minimum returns, or any specific performance.

3.1 The Client is fully responsible for:

• Opening and maintaining their own trading account
• Depositing and withdrawing their own funds
• Managing their own risk levels, allocations, and trading settings
• Following all local laws and trading regulations

3.2 Account Management

Evoin Sparks does not operate or manage Client accounts.

3.3 Risk Acknowledgment

The Client understands that all financial markets involve high risk.

4.1 Systems Offered

Evoin Sparks may offer tools, automated systems, and strategic configurations ("Systems") that the Client may choose to use at their own discretion.

4.2 The Client is solely responsible for:

• Turning Systems on or off
• Adjusting lot size, risk, or exposure
• Monitoring their trades and account activity

4.3 Limited Liability

Evoin Sparks is not responsible for any loss caused by the Client's settings, broker issues, platform errors, or market conditions.

5.1 Evoin Sparks does not:

• Manage or operate trading accounts for clients
• Hold or handle Client funds
• Execute trades on behalf of Clients
• Provide regulated investment or advisory services in any jurisdiction

5.2 Client Responsibility

All actions taken in the Client's trading account are the Client's responsibility.

• Trading in financial markets carries a high risk of loss
• Past performance does not guarantee future outcomes
• The Client may lose part or all of their investment
• By using the Services, the Client confirms that they fully understand these risks

7.1 Service Fees

Evoin Sparks may charge subscription fees, service fees, or onboarding fees for access to its Systems and Services.

7.2 Slab-based Standardization

Clients can deposit any amount into their trading accounts. For the purpose of calculating or standardizing returns, Evoin Sparks will consider slabs of USD 500, USD 1,000, USD 1,500, etc. Returns may be calculated based on the nearest slab amount, even if the actual deposit does not exactly match a slab.

7.3 Non-Refundable Payments

All payments to Evoin Sparks are non-refundable, regardless of whether the Client makes profit, loss, or does not use the Services.

8.1 Evoin Sparks does not guarantee:

• Profit, monthly returns, or minimum performance
• Accuracy of any signals or tools
• Uninterrupted access to platforms, servers, or systems

8.2 As-Is Services

All Services are provided "as-is."

8.3 5% Monthly Returns Clarification

Evoin Sparks does not guarantee 5% monthly returns. Any reference to "5% per month" is not a promise or expected return. If mentioned, it is only an example based on the highest historical 3-month performance at any time. It is not fixed, repeatable, or assured. Clients must not interpret or promote it as guaranteed returns.

8.4 Expected Annual Return Range

Evoin Sparks may operate with an expected or target performance range of up to 25–30% annually, based on historical results, strategies, and general market conditions.

This figure is indicative only and does not represent a promise, assurance, commitment, or guarantee of future returns. Actual performance may vary due to market volatility, economic factors, or other conditions beyond Evoin Sparks' control.

9.1 Authorized Services Only

Evoin Sparks does not provide access to restricted, banned, or unauthorized platforms or services.

9.2 Legal Compliance

The Client is responsible for following all applicable laws, trading rules, and platform regulations in their own country.

The Client agrees to protect and hold Evoin Sparks, its employees, and partners harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from the Client's trading activities, account actions, or use of the Services.

Evoin Sparks may suspend or terminate the Client's access to Services if:

• The Client violates these Terms
• Systems are misused
• Fraud or suspicious activity is detected
• The Client engages in harmful behaviour toward Evoin Sparks or its users

Evoin Sparks may update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes means the Client accepts the updated Terms.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the country where Evoin Sparks is registered.

The Client is responsible for following the laws and regulations of their own region.

14.1 Express Agreement

By clicking "I Agree," signing digitally, or by using any Evoin Sparks Service, the Client confirms that:

• They have read and understood this Agreement
• They voluntarily accept all Terms
• They accept full responsibility for their trading decisions and actions

14.2 Automatic Acceptance Through Use

By accessing or using any Evoin Sparks Service, the Client is considered to have accepted and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
